Refund Policy

The ERPH Store Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our refund policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt in unused, original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software and digital products
  • Certain personal care items

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at erphstore@gmail.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time-frame, please check with your bank and payment provider first. If there are still issues, contact us, and we’ll help resolve the matter.
